Millcroft mares in the picture are Soubrette, Simone and Dipity

The Millcroft 'S line' goes back to the 1960's. The  black foundation mare Briery Starlet when mated with Aston Love Knot,

produced a distinctive dam line which, through Millcroft Suzuya,  endures to this day. These ponies represent a dam line

unreplicated in Welsh Section B breeding.

Briery Starlet had 16 foals at Millcroft between 1967 and 1982.  All eight colts had to be gelded, as WPCS rules do not allow

FS2 colts to be licensed.  Of the fillies born, Millcroft Suzuya was the most successful and there are 13 females still here that

descend from Briery Starlet through Suzuya and Dipity.
